The 5 Day Yin Immersion is a literal body reset.
I had the amazing opportunity to dive deep into the Yin immersion with Hannah. It literally helped me reconnect with my body. Each day focusing energy on different organs and specific movements was such a different kind of flow.
The deep dive is not only about physical practice, but has so much to do with understanding the vital and amazing connection between our thoughts, feelings and even physical pain, through the lenses of self compassion, Chinese traditional medicine, and slow & persistent movements. The immersion gave me a literal reset.
